Sì. Il permesso di soggiorno per studio ti autorizza a lavorare fino a 20 ore a settimana, in qualsiasi settore. Il limite è fisso per legge — non è compensabile lavorando di più in altri periodi.
Yes. A study residence permit allows you to work up to 20 hours a week, in any sector. The limit is fixed by law — you cannot make up for it by working more in other periods.
Sì. Al termine del corso puoi convertire il permesso per studio in un permesso per lavoro, fuori dalle quote del Decreto Flussi grazie a una norma del 2023. Serve un contratto regolare con più di 20 ore settimanali. La conversione non è automatica: dipende da te trovare un'occupazione, ma il programma ti dà un anno per costruire la tua rete e posizionarti sul mercato.
Yes. At the end of the course you can convert your study permit into a work permit, outside the Decreto Flussi quotas thanks to a 2023 regulation. You need a regular contract with more than 20 hours a week. Conversion isn't automatic — finding a job is up to you — but the programme gives you a year to build your network and position yourself.
