Diritto di recesso e modulo tipo

Hai quattordici giorni per cambiare idea. Puoi recedere dal contratto entro quattordici giorni dalla sua conclusione, senza dover indicare alcun motivo e senza penalità.

  • Per esercitare il recesso è sufficiente una dichiarazione esplicita inviata a RB Studio: puoi usare il modulo qui sotto, ma non è obbligatorio.
  • Il recesso è tempestivo se inviato prima della scadenza del termine.
  • Se ci hai chiesto di iniziare subito e abbiamo iniziato, mantieni il diritto di recesso ma ci è dovuto l'importo proporzionale all'attività già svolta fino a quel momento.
  • Il diritto di recesso si estingue quando il servizio è stato interamente eseguito con il tuo consenso.
  • Quanto dovuto in restituzione ti viene rimborsato entro quattordici giorni dal ricevimento della comunicazione, con lo stesso mezzo di pagamento che hai usato.

Right of withdrawal and model form

You have fourteen days to change your mind. You may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of its conclusion, without giving any reason and without penalty.

  • To withdraw, an explicit statement sent to RB Studio is enough: you may use the form below, but you do not have to.
  • Withdrawal is in time if sent before the deadline expires.
  • If you asked us to start immediately and we did, you keep the right of withdrawal but must pay an amount proportionate to the work performed up to that moment.
  • The right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed with your consent.
  • Any amount to be returned is refunded within fourteen days of receipt of your notice, using the same means of payment you used.
